David George Robertson passed away with his family by his side on Sunday November 5, 2023 at the age of 80 years old. In keeping with his wishes no funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.
David leaves to mourn his passing: Wanda Klee his loving partner of 13 years; his sons: Murray (Jennifer) Robertson of Kitscoty, Alberta and Kevin (Gloria) Robertson of Spruce Grove, Alberta; five grandchildren: Jesse (Kaitlyn), Justin (Haylee), Abrie, Ryis and Chelsea; four great grandchildren Rory, Kailer, Bruce and Rin; his 6 siblings Jack (Gail), Catherine (Sandy), Doug, Bruce (Pauline), Keith, and Noreen; numerous nieces, nephews and good friends. David was predeceased by his parents Frank and Hazel Robertson (Fleming) and his sisters-in-law Marion and Chris.
David was born in Cut Knife, Saskatchewan November 20, 1942. Dave was a jack of all trades and the first person you could call when you had a project on the go that needed an extra set of hands. He was always willing to lend his help, and his opinion on how it should be done, to his friends and family. Dave was a collector at heart, he could not pass up a garage or auction sale without bringing home some new treasures to add his numerous collections. He had a love of the outdoors and spent many hours hunting and fishing with his family and friends. Dave has called North Battleford home in his later years where he lived with his partner Wanda. He spent his time growing his collections, gardening, telling stories over coffee, and dancing with his sweetheart. Dave will be greatly missed by Wanda, his family, and his friends.
